BEACHHOME Costa Rica Vacation Rentals and this web site were created and are managed by Rock Property Management S.A., a Costa Rica corporation. Rock Property Management was founded by Mr. Gabriel E. Rocha in February 2005 and is located in downtown Jaco, Puntarenas, the heart of Costa Rica's Central Pacific. Mr. Rocha has been living and working in Costa Rica since 2001. Prior to starting Rock Property Management, he worked in management positions for luxury hotels in different countries. He currently lives with his wife and three children in Jaco. Mr. Rocha, a native Mexican, is fluent in English, Spanish and French. The current staff is fluent in English, as well as other languages, such as Portuguese.
