We strive to achieve this by providing excellent, comprehensive and customer oriented service, from reservations to check-out. That means we're there to help our guests, with a smile and a handshake, with anything related to their stay, so they feel like at home with friends.

Beach Home Costa Ric and this web site were created and are managed by Rock Property Management S.A., a Costa Rican corporation. Rock Property Management was founded by Mr. Gabriel E. Rocha in February 2005 and is located in downtown Jacó, Puntarenas, the heart of Costa Rica's Central Pacific.

Mr. Rocha has been living and working in Costa Rica for the past 6 years. Previous to starting Rock Property Management, he worked in management positions for luxury hotels in different countries. He currently lives with his wife and three children in Jacó.

Mr. Rocha, a native Mexican, is fluent in English, Spanish and French. The current staff is fluent in English, as well as other languages, such as Dutch and Portuguese.

Today, Rock Property Management has teamed up with RE/MAX Connections Costa Rica, the Jacó area affiliate of RE/MAX, one of the world's best real estate agencies.
