There is one small mall, Il Galeone, and few small mini-centers. Most centers and shops are concentrated along Jacó’s main street, Avenida Pastor Díaz.

Market

For a true tico experience do not miss Fridays market on the Boulevard Ancho (the very wide street coming from the highway). There you'll find a colorful array of fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers and other delicious things to eat and drink. Make sure you try the sugar cane juice!
